Common questions
What happens when I reach my SMS limit?
On the Free plan, alert SMS caps at 10/month. After the cap, you still receive email alerts for every outage — nothing goes unnoticed. Upgrade to Basic for unlimited SMS.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Charges appear as DEADCALM.IO on your card statement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds, but you keep what you paid for.
Is Free really free forever?
Yes. Free is a permanent tier, not a trial. Your monitor keeps running regardless of whether you upgrade. The only limit is SMS — 10 alert texts per month. Email alerts are always unlimited.
